IBM WebSphere 是非常主流的商用 J2EE应用服务器。 Hyperic 使用WebSphere提供的 PMI 和 JMX 管理接口输出复杂的组件信息，监测和控制所有websphere组件，也包括全面的集群支持。

Hyperic可以管理WebSphere资源，例如JDBC连接池，EJB，WebApp，同时支持MQ Series管理JMS架构，通常部署在WebSphere应用服务器内。

也支持每个部署在websphere应用服务器内的webapp中的真实的请求响应时间指标，可以帮助汇总组件服务的页面真实响应时间。

Hyperic 日志和配置跟踪技术可用来监测websphere日志文件和JMX事件。这些信息可用来与采集的性能指标一块做关联分析。也可触发警报。
